A mother’s love

Here’s my first layout that I made with Joel…

I have used all four Vintage Basics collections for this layout… It really shows how easy you can combine them.

I have to admit it… I actually bought that wallpaper while Marie was drawing the Vintage Summer Basics line. It looks a lot like it. You get a little weird when you work in this business. I’ve used a Prima mask and two different ink pads on that sheet to grab the brown and blues from the other papers.

I love the Sizzix Susan’s Garden dies. I have used the peony die for this flower. The die cuts comes from different die cut sheets and sheets from the different Basics lines.

Layers, stitching and pearls…
