Cakeboxes with cards

I love cake decorating and therefor like to make cakes, but I’m not such a big fan of eating them. :) So I thought I’d make some cake boxes as take aways for guests…

I made two sets, one pink and one blue.

Here’s the blue set. All papers are from Graphic45’s Baby 2 Bride collection. The cake box has been stamped with a Tattered Angels stamp using Distress Ink Weathered Wood.

Cakebox from the top. I have used a cutting file that was included in the software when I bought my Gazelle to cut out the cakeboxes. Pearls made with Pearl Maker Amber. Flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts, leave from Prima. All papers have been distressed with Distress Ink Vintage Photo.

Here’s where you open up the box. I used a Martha Stewart punch (Swirling Lace) for the border.

A little thank you card belonging to the box. Thanks for helping me eating it or something. 😉
The thank you stamp is from Joanna Sheen. Flowers from Magnolia.

Here’s the pink set. Papers from Graphic45’s Baby 2 Bride.

I have used the same Pearl Maker (Amber) and distressed the box with Distress Ink Vintage Photo. The stamp is from Tim Holtz. Flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts.

I have used the Martha Stewart punch Deco Fan for the lid.

Butterflypunch and border punch by Martha Stewart (Wild Flowers), flowers from Magnolia.
