National theatre canvas

I went to Oslo on a business trip a couple of months ago. I arrived by midnight and my cab passed the national theatre on my way to the hotel. They had the most beautiful lamp posts outside that was lit in a very beautiful way. A lot of updressed people were standing next to them. It looked so magical. I just knew that I had to go there the next day to grab a photo and so I did.

The July kit from The Flying Unicorn contained this 12×12 canvas. I´ve never used a canvas before but I threw myself in immediately and I loved it! The only thing from the kit besides the canvas is one of the laces, the rest is my own stuff.

I misted the canvas with Glimmer Mist Old Lace, Walnut Gold and Granite. The laces has been misted with Granite and Old Lace.

All flowers are from Prima. The big silver one is a christmas flower I bought on sale last year.

Bling is from Prima, don´t remember where I got the buttons.

I added a Dusty Attic lamp post to remind myself of that magical night. It has been sprayed with Glimmer Mist Slate to give it bit of dark shimmer.

The dew drops (Robin´s Nest) are there to illustrate the shimmer that surrounded the building when I passed it.

I truely enjoyed making this canvas. It was a lot of fun and I will definitely do it again.

Thanks for stopping by and sharing this magical moment with me.
