Inky fingers again…

I just came back from sunny Florida, jetlaged and can’t sleep at night. I can’t tell you how happy I am to be around my scraphouse again. I’m just walking around it and savor in the creative atmosphere.

My x boyfriend once told me that the only time of year my fingers didn’t stink of garlic was when we were traveling. Rather interesting comment since my hubby usually calls me Mrs Vampire due to my large fangs. :)

My fingers have been rather clean lately so I thought I’d do something about it immediately. 😉

Before I left I spotted some Glimmer Mist with names so cool you just had to buy them. Who can resist “True Blood” and “Afraid of The Dark”? Especially if you are called Mrs Vampire. LOL.

I made this tags with the mentioned Glimmer Mists in combination with some Tattered Leather. I used a Tim Holtz embossing set called Clock and Steampunk set, misted the tag and then added some Gold Wax to the numbers and game-spinners.

The flowers are from Prima, lace and bling from Recollections.

My second tag, a frosty one…

I have used the same embossing folder set and have misted the tag with Silver, Frost and Slate. I have used Gold Wax Silver on the embossed areas. Tape, filmstrip and all metals by Tim Holtz. The stitches are a rub-on from Bo Bunny’s Country Garden collection. Tull from Michaels.

A close up on the embossed area.

Have a great day!
